Dr. Wei is a professor of psychology in the counseling psychology program at Iowa State University. She received her doctorate from the University of Missouri. Her research focuses on risk and protective factors of coping with minority stress for Asians/Asian Americans, culture and emotion regulation, and counselor training and multicultural competence.
